Where and how sessions are held is decided between you and your teacher.
Every arrangement is different — some teachers offer sessions in-studio at Union 108, their own offices, some work virtually and some offer both. Take home plans are delivered straight to your inbox wherever you are. When you reach out, just let us know what works best for you and we'll sort it from there.

A Custom Movement Plan from Union 108 is built from scratch, just for you, by one of our teachers. Before a single exercise is written, your teacher takes the time to understand where you are: your current fitness level, your goals, any injuries or areas that need extra care, what equipment you have access to, and how much time you realistically have in your week.

Every custom plan includes a setup consultation (in person or virtual) so your teacher can hear directly from you before they build anything. You also receive a setup video walking you through your plan so you know exactly how to use it from day one.

Can't make it to the studio as often as you'd like? Our take home plans bring an accessible approach wherever you are. Built by your teacher, designed for your body, delivered straight to your inbox.

And it does not end there. Your teacher checks in with you monthly to see how the plan is working, answer questions, and make adjustments as you grow. If you want more support, you can book additional 1:1 sessions at any time.

Yoga foundations, mobility,pilates, strength, and conditioning; all designed around your space and your schedule. No gym, no equipment required unless you want it. Choose from Root & Flow (yoga), Move Well (mobility and recovery), or Build (strength and conditioning).
