Ro Nwosu is the founder of Union and Form, a movement teacher, wellness consultant, and community builder who has spent years creating spaces where people feel genuinely welcome to show up exactly as they are.
She teaches yoga, Pilates, barre, restorative movement, and a range of hybrid formats rooted in embodiment, joy, and the belief that movement belongs to everyone. Nigerian Canadian, Arnprior-based, and deeply community-rooted, Ro brings warmth, creativity, and a hard-earned understanding of what it means to build something that truly holds people.
Every class, every space, and every offering she creates is an extension of that same intention movement as medicine, community as practice, and wellness that actually fits your real life.
Ro’s Philosophy
Yoga is on the streets, yoga belongs to all bodies. Moving bodies, grieving bodies, healing bodies, tired bodies, busy bodies, bodies that have been told they are too much or not enough and marginalized bodies.
