Natasha is a Pilates and yoga teacher, energy healer, and certified lover of chickens, pickles, and Mallards ice cream (in no particular order). She came to movement and found something she didn't expect: the shift wasn't just physical. It was energetic, emotional, and completely transformative.
She now teaches with that same multi-faceted understanding each class an invitation to shift not just the body, but the mindset.
Her space is warm, fun, and just challenging enough to make you think. In her world, movement is never just showing up and going through the motions.
