Alicia is a Pilates instructor, career strategist, and unapologetic hype woman for people who are done punishing their bodies and ready to actually enjoy movement. She shifted her whole approach to fitness when she stopped chasing the hard thing and started chasing the good thing.

Her classes are built on that same belief. She teaches through the lens of perimenopause, pleasure, and real life: strong cores, soft landings, and the occasional burst of actual laughter. Your body is worthy of movement exactly as it is today. She just wants you to believe it too.
