Known as your morning girl! Alicia brings an approachable, encouraging, and high-energy presence to everything she does. Her private Pilates sessions focus on strength, mobility, posture, stress reduction, and body awareness — designed for all fitness levels. Beyond movement, Alicia facilitates wellness workshops and Personality Dimensions® sessions that help people understand how they communicate, manage stress, and build personalized strategies that actually stick.
